My name is Bay Mehl. I’ve always harbored a passion for writing and I’ve discovered a recent passion for yoga and meditation. I came across these things while trying to treat my depression and anxiety. This blog is about me trying to overcome my mental illness; documenting the good and the bad, any tips I find along the way (including attempting minimalism), all in the hopes that I can help someone else.
