My blog has usually been about whatever I want to write about. However, I’ve been struggling with inspiration.
Slowly but surely, I’m coming more into my own. After years of abusive relationships telling me how I should look, sound, spend my time, making me feel bad about my hobbies or my taste in music, or even the way I practiced the same religion,
I hate medication. I’m one of those hippy dippy trippy people who prefers to use oils and herbs to solve all my ailments. I only go to the doctor when I’ve tried all my old methods and nothing has worked.
Winter punched. Me. In. The. Face. After a tumultuous and shocking Thanksgiving, a busy Christmas, and a bone-chilling New Years, my body and my mind shut down.
While the New Year brings new things, it’s also a time to release old things or things that no longer serve you. Perhaps you’ll want to declutter the home, start a new job, or start a new semester in school.
